DPT
Lance Dougher is the founder of Advanced Motion Physical Therapy, which he opened 20 years ago with a mission to provide personalized movement based care. As a Certified Manual Therapist, Lance combines hands on treatment with a movement system approach, focusing on identifying and correcting faulty movement patterns to restore function and prevent injury. With Decades of clinical experience, he has helped countless patients return to the activities they love by addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. Outside the clinic Lance is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys cycling, golfing, and hiking, always looking for ways to live his life in motion.

PT, DPT
Connor, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Utah in 2026. He is passionate about truly understanding his patients’ concerns and working with them to become pain‑free, move confidently, and add life to their years. He enjoys thoughtful problem‑solving and finds genuine fulfillment in making a positive impact on someone else’s health journey. Connor’s treatment approach is grounded in evidence‑based practice, ensuring each patient receives care that is both effective and tailored to their goals. He strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their recovery. Outside of the clinic, Connor enjoys rooting for the Utah Jazz and the Utes, embracing his inner nerd, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
